  Heather Wertz, PE is President and a graduate of the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Business Administration. She is a licensed civil engineer and has over 25 years of civil engineering experience related to land development and roadway projects. She is involved in all aspects of the engineering process from design and permitting through construction. 

Dave Ford is Chief Executive Officer, with over 40 years experience at Hillsborough County and in the private sector, including positions of Building Official, Director of Building Services and Director of Development Services. In addition to his strong organizational and leadership skills, he brings expertise in project management, permitting, construction administration of both horizontal and vertical structures and client relations. 

Richard Boydack earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and has over 29 years of civil engineering experience. Richard specializes in land development projects and oversees drainage, grading, water, and sewer design. From conception to construction, Richard manages and coordinates client communication, conceptual layouts, bidding, design, permitting, cost estimating, and construction for multiple projects operating concurrently.

Robert L. Dillion is Chief Financial Officer and has more than 45 years of experience in the financial management of engineering and architectural firms. He is a graduate of Ohio State University and has lived in Florida since 1985.
